This is Where I'm Starting From, People
So now that I've put this blog together, I realized I actually have to do this stuff. I went ahead and posted my proposed weekly plan. I think I'm probably in lah-de-dah land. Oh, of course, it is going to be EASY to only shop once a week, says the girl who buys almost every single meal prepared for her. I guess this means, um, I'm actually going to have to do some COOKING.
What??
But not yet, thank goodness. Next week, I'll start off with getting rid off a bunch of crap that I've got clogging up my place, and start using the elevator for anything under 5 floors, which is just about everything.
This means, I can still enjoy my horribly dysfunctional lunch of sushi, cheetos, and cherry coke. Yes, kids, it is sad, but this is where I'm starting from.

The only reason my lunch doesn't look like that is because I date someone who cooks.
In all seriousness, though, our recent goal of making a weekly menu and sticking to it has been surprisingly painless (with 1/3 to 1/2 of those meals being cooked by me.)
Plus, more money for other things!
I love Japanese food :)
